Return Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item, this is possible within our policy. Below are the important points you should know before requesting a return:

1. Return period

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Orders older than 30 days are unfortunately not eligible for a return.

2. Original Return Label

• For correct processing of your return shipment, you must use the original return label, which you can request from us by email.
• If you send the return in any other way without this label, the return will be automatically rejected.

3. Refunds

• Once we have received and checked your return at our warehouse, we will process the refund. This process can take 7-14 days.

4. Return request

• A return request can easily be requested via our customer service team. Make sure you do this within the 30 days return period.

5. Processing of the Return Shipment

• After your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked for any damage or signs of wear. Then the refund will follow via the original payment method.
